EXIM - Resolution of temporarily rejected RCPT xxxxx@domain.com lowest numbered MX record points to local host

A lot of times it happens of "to clog" in an error of exim of the kind: 

 
2007-07-18 10:07:31 H=(xxx.yyyy.com) [xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx] F=<email@server.com> temporarily rejected RCPT <account@domain_local.com>: lowest numbered MX record points to local host
 

The problem can be due twos things:

1 - the mx record of the dominion of destination (that local) it is wrong;

2 - the dominion of destination (that local) he is not inserted in the file /etc/localdomains


To resolve, is enough to resolve here one of the two problems above.
